Roberts said Graham had previously attempted to swerve to avoid hitting the Toyota and traveled into oncoming traffic and made contact with a 2001 Chrysler Sebring driven by Stephen Woodlee, 61, of Old Hickory, who was headed northbound on Hwy. 70.
All three drivers were wearing their seat belts. West refused transport to a hospital. Graham was injured and was transported by Wilson County Emergency Management Agency to University Medical Center in Lebanon. Woodlee was transported by WEMA to Summit Medical Center in Hermitage.
Roberts said Graham was cited for failure to exercise due care.
