A pair of Wilson County baseball standouts have been named all-state by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association.

Mt. Juliet High pitcher Aaron Brown was selected to the Class AAA team. Brown was the District 9-AAA Most Valuable Player. He went 7-2 on the mound with an ERA of 1.05 in 53.3 innings of work.

Brown, a rising senior, struck out 69 batters, issued just 11 walks and held opposing hitters to a .192 batting average.

Watertown High shortstop Seth Price was voted to the Class A team. According to the TBCA, Price led the state of Tennessee in steals with 43, including 31 steals of third base.

A three-sport standout at WHS, the rising senior was caught stealing just once -- on a missed hit and run.

Over 33 games, he hit .476 with 18 doubles, 29 singles, two triples and a home run.

Price scored 34 runs, drove in 21 and only struck out nine times.
