Annie Mae Moore

Funeral services were held Thursday morning, Feb. 5 at Immanuel Baptist Church for Mrs. Moore, 87, of Lebanon.
A Wilson County native and retired from Hargrove Office Supply, she died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 at Lebanon Health & Rehab.

Mrs. Moore was a charter member of Immanuel Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday school and served in many other capacities.

She had served on the Wilson County Fair Board, and served as president of the Lebanon BPW. She also worked for many years at Lebanon Garment Company, LUX Clock and Hartmann Luggage.

Services were conducted by with Bro. Donald Owens and Bro. Tom Suiter. Interment was at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: her husband of 68 years Johnnie Lee Moore and daughter Lynda (Royce) O'Neal of Murfreesboro.

Also surviving grandson Bruce (Tammy) O'Neal of Huntsville, AL; granddaughter Roslyn (Todd) Anderson of Powder Springs, GA; great grandchildren Nolan Anderson, Claire O'Neal and Lucy Anderson; brother Johnny Jackson of Texas; nephews Tony Jackson of Michigan and Wayne Jackson of Colorado; and sister-in-law Dorothy Moore of College Grove, TX.

Mrs. Waller was preceded in death by her late parents Herman and Helen Gertrude Davis Jackson.
Active pallbearers: Bruce O'Neal, Todd Anderson, Nolan Anderson, Jimmy Caruth, Mark Caruth and Billy Brown.

Honorary pallbearers: Ruth Sunday School Class of Immanuel Baptist Church, Betty & Benny Lester, Jeff Lester, Jill Lester, Linda & Ken Whittington and Lee Allen Woods

The family would like to thank Dr. Kenneth Anderson and Dr. Saadia Kahn and their staffs, and the Staff of Lebanon Health & Rehab for their care.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund, 214 Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, 37087.

Arrangements were in the care of Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, Lebanon.
