A fund raiser is in the planning stages to raise money for research and awareness about a rare genetic disorder that recently claimed the life of a 2-year-old Lebanon boy.
Although details are still being worked out, singer/songwriter Keith Burns has agreed to perform at the event. Burns, a Lebanon resident, formerly sang with country group Trick Pony.
Jacob Carson, 2, died June 19. He had been diagnosed with Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata or RCDP. His sister, Abbagale, 4, has been diagnosed with RCDP, also.
