LEBANON -- A man suspected of in the theft of a prescription medication, a laptop computer and other items was arrested by Lebanon Police Department and Tennessee Highway Patrol early Saturday morning.
Stephen Garland, 23, of 412 South Maple Street, Lebanon, faces charges of Burglary, Theft of Property, Criminal Impersonation and Violation of Probation.
Lebanon officers, along with THP, responded to the Pennsylvania Ave. area around 1:30 a.m., Saturday, after receiving a call of suspicious males nearby. Chief Scott Bowen said in a news release that officers made contact with Garland and reportedly found he had a prescription pill bottle along with other items that were believed to have been stolen.
