Lebanon's Jennings transfers to Trevecca

NASHVILLE -- Trevecca Nazarene University women's basketball coach Gary Van Atta announces the signing of NCAA Division ll transfer Marissa Jennings. Jennings, from Lebanon, played for the Lebanon High Devilettes prior to signing with Lenoir-Rhyne two years ago.

"Marissa is great fit for Trevecca. She's very academic minded, has excellent grades and feels as though she's finally found her college," Van Atta said.

"Basketball-wise, she is athletic and talented. She's a hard worker and is a versatile player. She can face the basket and shoot the three, put it on the floor and get to the basket or she can post up inside. I like how much she wants to be a Lady Trojan. I think that's important."
