Funeral services will be conducted 6 p.m. Friday, May 9 at Bond Memorial Chapel for Mr. Sturgill, 67, of Lebanon.
A former US Marine and locksmith, he died May 3, 2014 following an extended illness.

Mamie Jewell Alsup Edwards, 84

Celebration of life services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 9 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Edwards, 94, of Lebanon. She died at her home Tuesday May 6, 2014.

Michael Chandler, 56

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, May 9 at the Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway for Mr. Chandler, 56, of Lebanon.  He died May 6, 2014.

LEBANON -- Watertown reached the finals of the District 8-A tournament, falling to Goodpasture 13-0 in five innings Wednesday at Friendship Christian School.
Despite the loss, the Purple Tigers (18-14) will move on to the Region 4-A Tournement Monday, playing in Gainesboro against District 7-A champ Jackson County High. The Blue Devils knocked off Pickett County 4-3 Monday, May 5.
