Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, June 1 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Gray, 72, of Lebanon.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4 at Bond Memorial Chapel for renowned local farmer John Morgan Moss, 89, of Mt. Juliet. A member of the Wilson County Agriculture Hall of Fame, Mr. Moss died June 2, 2014.

The Lebanon City Council voted Tuesday night to approve the proposed budget for fiscal year 2014-2015 – but with a slight change.
City employee pay raises and new hires were removed from the budget with an amendment motion made by Ward 3 Councilor Rob Cesternino. However, that does not mean that raises and new positions, such as an Assistant Human Resources Director, are still not a possibility.
