Lebanon City Council races
The results are in for Lebanon City Council races, and one incumbent will be stepping aside.
In the four-way race for the council's Ward 4 seat, challenger Bernie Ash defeated incumbent Joe Hayes by 511 to 281, as lesser-known challengers Rick Hallum and Ken Brown trailed with 169 and 149 votes apiece, respectively.
And in Ward 6, incumbent Kathy Warmath easily defeated challenger Dan Jandura by 969 to 692.

Abston unseats Bradshaw in MJ
MT. JULIET -- Challenger Brian Abston unseated long time incumbent Jim Bradshaw for the District 4 spot on the Mt. Juliet City Commission in Tuesday's municipal election.
Abston polled 1,164 votes while Bradshaw garnered 984 votes. Abston is a husband and father of two. He's currently a member of the Mt. Juliet Planning Commission where he's served one year and 11 months.
