Council OKs cuts in retirees' insurance

Lebanon City Council voted 5-1 Wednesday morning (Nov. 26) to approve, on second reading, renewing city retirees' insurance with only two changes to their benefits, following an amendment proposed by Ward 3 Councilor Rob Cesternino.
