Well, it finally happened. Yesterday, Tuesday, June 30 I became 71-years old.
That adds up to a heap of yesterdays. What a great life I have had and with God's will and a little luck, I'll be able to tout up a few more.
But think about it. I should never have lived this long, given the life I have had.
My parenting responsibilities always require that I go into overdrive during the summer months.

former WR coach at EKU --
Cumberland's head football coach Donnie Suber has hired Klay Koester away from Eastern Kentucky University as his new offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach.
Koester replaces Ryan Locke at the position. Locke resigned earlier this summer to take a high school teaching / coaching position in Alabama.
"Klay has worked with Hal Mumme, and he's worked in a Tony Franklin style scheme as well," Suber said Monday afternoon. "He wants to run kind of a simplified, fast-paced offense and having played the position at Eastern, he will be able to work on mechanics with our young guys."
