Car vandalism leads to arrest of known drug offender

What began as what was thought to be a routine car vandalism car led Wilson County Sheriff's Deputies to arrest a man who had a substantial amount of marijuana and cash packaged for resale. He was also a parolee out of Davidson County where he had multiple drug charges.

Men, women ousted March 3
FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Brandon Bob Jones and Chris Johnson each posted double-doubles in No. 9-seed St. Catharine's (Ky.) 69-63 win over No. 8-seed Cumberland Thursday at the Mid-South Conference Men's Basketball Tournament at the Frankfort Convention Center.

Leading 33-27 at intermission, St. Catharine never trailed in the second half, but could never shake the Phoenix (12-18) -- marking the 12th defeat this season by single digits for the team.

The daughter of jason and Liz Blais, Nikki plays forward for the Lady Bears is is looking to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist.
