I was excited to get the new audio CD in the mail. I had ordered it from The Great Courses Company a couple of weeks ago, and I knew it would be interesting. The subject, "Memory throughout the human lifespan," was to be delivered in 24 lectures of 30 minutes each by a college professor. It was supposed to help with both the understanding and performance of memory.

Cumberland's baseball's home game with Bethel University is set for a 3 p.m. Wednesday first pitch at Ernest L. Stockton Field-Woody Hunt Stadium.

CU hits the road this weekend for a three-game Mid-South Conference series versus Georgetown College.

Cumberland stands 8-7 in league play, tied for fourth with St. Catharine College, with Georgetown just one game behind with six conference games remaining.
