3 arrests made this week in C'Asia case

Marvin Andre Bryant, 20, was taken into custody in relation to the shooting on Tuesday as he was entering a Wilson County courtroom on an unrelated incident. On Thursday afternoon LPD announced two additional arrests - Timothy Lorenzo Wade Jr, 25. of Nashville and Bailey Alexander Underwood, 20, of Lebanon.

Representatives with Empower Me Center were recently notified the Lebanon-based non-profit has been awarded a 2017 PeyBack Foundation grant in the amount of $15,000 for Empower Me's recreational program and day camp.

FCS & MJ Christian boys eliminated
Wilson County's entries in the D-II boys regional were eliminated from the TSSAA post-season with Wednesday, Feb. 15 first round losses.
A furious Friendship Christian comeback try came up short in a 64-57 loss to University School of Nashville at the Bay Family Sportsplex.
A No. 2 seed coming in, FCS trailed 14-11 early and 16-13 at the half.
