After a chilly start of 41 degrees, the day warmed up nicely to 71 degrees later in the afternoon. With the Dogwood Tree in full bloom, it must be what is called Dogwood Winter. This also means that the stripe fish will be running up the creeks to spawn.

Golfer of the Week -
Cumberland University's Zach Kean was named the Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, officials announced Monday.

A senior from Cross Plains (East Robertson High), Kean finished second out of 54 golfers at the RedHawk Spring Classic recording a two-day score of 3-under par 141.
