A new independent insurance agency will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, March 2, from 2 until 4 p.m. on the Watertown Public Square.
Artizan Insurance offers 30 companies for auto, home, life, commercial and health insurance, along with help with Medicare Supplement and Advantage programs. The companies include Progressive, AllState, Grange, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, MetLife, Travelers, Nationwide and more, and the agents have over 14 years of experience, according to owner/agent Vickie Frazier.
"We work hard to find the company that offers the best fit for our clients and are dedicated to quality service. What works best for one person may not be the best for another. We want to build a relationship with our clients that allows them to and feel they can call or come by anytime they have questions," Frazier said. "We try to keep the atmosphere interesting and inviting for clients. We have artwork from local artists available for sale to the public on a daily basis, including arts, jewelry and gifts made here in Tennessee."
Frazier described Watertown as a "great fit" for the new business.
"The people in town are kind and welcoming. At Artizan, we are dedicated to being the same way," she said.
The March 2 grand opening will include snacks and drinks, and wine will be offered beginning at 3 p.m. A kids' table will be set up with small chairs for little ones to color or play with LEGO blocks. Frazier noted there is a small puppy on the premises and encouraged anyone allergic to or fearful of dogs to call ahead at (615) 697-5066 so the puppy can be put up during his or her visit.
