MT. JULIET – Funeral services have been planned for 2 p.m. Thursday, October 9 at the Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet for Ms. Eastland, 58, of Lebanon.
A registered nurse at Centennial Medical Center for 18 years, she died Oct. 3, 2008.
The daughter of the late Willie and Dorothy Williams of Mt. Juliet, she was a beloved grandmother who enjoyed sewing, baking, washing and gardening.
Visitation is Wednesday between the hours of 4-8 p.m. and prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Services will be conducted by Pastor David Freeman of First Baptist Church, Lebanon. Burial will follow at Nashville’s Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Survivors include: children Melissa Eastland Hamilton and Bryan Eastland — both of Mt. Juliet and Bobby Eastland, Jr. of Lebanon; daughters-in-law Lisa Gabany Eastland of Lebanon and Jamie Eastland of Mt. Juliet; the father of her children Bobby Eastland, Sr. of Mt. Juliet, sister Patsy (Randall) McGill of LaVergne; brothers Robert (Linda) Williams of Triune and Billy Williams of Spring Hill and dear grandchildren Hunter and Tayler Eastland, Skylar and Gage Eastland and Patrick and Dalton Hamilton; special friend Sue Gabany and many other relations and friends.
Pallbearers: Vic Gabany, Randall McGill, Steve McGill, Kevin Williams, Jimmy Williams, Paul Williams and Mike Malcolm.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Eastland is preceded in death by brother Donnie Williams.
Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet is in charge of arrangements.
