A limited number of tickets are still available for the upcoming Second City appearance in Lebanon.

The famed improve group, which hails from Chicago and has graduated comedians such as Tina Fey, will bring their "Fully Loaded" show to the Capitol Theatre for one night only - Thursday, Oct. 1, at 6:30 p.m.

The event will benefit Wilson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Tickets are available for $50 per person online at or at First Freedom Bank and the Beauty Boutique of Lebanon storefront at 107 Signature Place.

Wilson County CASA hosted the inaugural Second City fundraiser in 2014. Because there was not a lot of time between Second City's commitment to appear and the actual show date, CASA was unable to form an event planning committee or secure sponsorships like they have for the second show this October.

Cedar Recovery in Mt. Juliet is the 2015 Premier Sponsor and Silver Sponsors are Vance Law Firm, D.T. McCall, Regions Bank, First Freedom Bank and Pinnacle Bank, according to Wilson County CASA Executive Director Cathey Sweeney.

Board President Maggie Lea, owner of the local Home Instead Senior Care office, said the committee has worked diligently to prepare for this year's event.

Lea attended the 2014 show as a guest and wanted to become more involved in making the follow up event in 2015 a success.

"I have really enjoyed working with this group," Lea said. "We hope the community will come out for a great night of laughs and support a great cause."

The event team includes Ashley Lawrence, Cathy Wair, Shelley Thompson Gardner, Erin Grasham, Maggie Lea, Heather Sadler, John Lankford, Lee Campbell, Kristina Hibdon, Lindsay Smith, MJ Lucas, Sabrina Garrett, Necole Bell, Pam Barton, Rebecca Hurst and Marsha Porter.
