At the invitation of the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce some 47 local businesses will participate next week in a promotion to showcase local retail.
The event, to be held at Lebanon’s Prime Outlets mall, is hosted by the Chamber in celebration of tax-free Friday.
The Aug. 7 event, which is free to the public, will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. There will be a special entertainment program including fashion shows and door prizes.
“This is a great way for us in Lebanon to showcase many of our quality retail merchants,” said Sue Vanatta, the Chamber’s chief executive officer.
