You dont have to be a leprechaun to have a heel-clickin good time this Friday.
The Lebanon/Wilson Chamber of Commerce will host its annual St. Patricks Day Open House celebration on Friday, with a day of food and fun open to the community.
Chamber Marketing Director Dakota Weatherford said that they are expecting a crowd of 400 to 500 to show up to taste fares provided by 32 food vendors. Event doors open at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast bites provided by vendors, including: Sonic, HoneyBaked Ham, Burger King, the Cuckoos Nest, Mapco Mart and Shoneys.
Lunch begins at 10:30 with samples from Jersey Mikes, Crystal Elegance, Whitts BBQ, Zaxbys, Toms Blue Moon, Jordans Catering, Chick-fil-A, MoCara, Two Fat Men Catering, Kroger, Chiefs Country Cooking, Ruby Tuesday, Sammy Bs at The Mill, Davids Pizza, Sunset, White Castle/Deckers, Cicis Pizza, Coachs Eastgate Grill, Smiths Catering Kitchen, Chen Asian House, North Cumberland Subway, Snow White Drive-In, Salsaritas Mt. Juliet, McDonalds and University Medical Center.
The dinner portion of the event will be provided by Jordans Catering and will run until 5 p.m. Weatherford said WANT 98.9 FM will be broadcasting live from 2 to 4 p.m.
