North and southbound lanes of Highway 109 were closed for two hours. During that time, Dismang was extricated from his vehicle by Wilson Emergency Management and the Lebanon Fire Department and the scene was cleared.
The Lebanon Public Safety Division, Wilson County Sheriffs Department and the Tennessee Highway Patrol assisted with traffic direction. A statement from LPD explained that the crash is still being investigated by Field Training Officer Steve Green of the Departments Crash Reconstruction Team. At the time of the crash, Dismang was driving on a revoked drivers license.
