The Pavilion Senior Living, located at 1409 Medical Center Drive in Lebanon, is now offering charter memberships. SUBMITTED

The response to The Pavilion Senior Living's charter membership has been remarkable, according to Heather Nicholson Sadler, marketing director.

Of the 25 charter memberships available, 13 seniors have decided to make their new home at the Lebanon assisted living and memory care Phoenix Place community months before its opening this summer.

"We are so pleased with the response we're receiving from the senior citizen community," Sadler said. "We're honored that they're entrusting us with their care even before we've finished construction. It's a testament to our motto of 'senior living you can trust.'"

Charter memberships, which are available on a first-come basis, offer new residents $500 off per month for 12 months and a charter membership nameplate. They will also receive two complimentary beauty and/or barber shop services, a gift basket and a charter member dinner event.

The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon will consist of 45 private, apartment-style units that will be under one roof. Each will have a kitchenette, a screened-in porch and a private bathroom. The community will offer a variety of amenities, including housekeeping and laundry services, a fitness center, courtyards, restaurant-style dining, social activities, 24-hour staff, scheduled transportation, wireless internet, secure access and a beautician and barber.

The assisted living community will also include the Phoenix Place memory care program in a separate wing to care for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia and other memory-related conditions.

"Ninety-eight percent of seniors need assistance with at least one activity of daily living, such as grooming, bathing and dressing," Sadler noted. "Our staff is here to offer as much or as little care as needed for our residents to remain as independent as they can be for as long as possible."

The new assisted living and memory care community is located on The Pavilion campus, which also includes The Pavilion Senior Living Rehabilitation & Long Term Care Center that has been open since 2009, on the west side of Lebanon.
