Crime Stoppers offers reward in robbery

Wilson County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information regarding an armed robbery at a market in Mt. Juliet that occurred in May.

Nick’s Market at 13260 Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet was robbed by two black males armed with a handgun on May 26. They were driving what appeared to be a dark colored Rendezvous.

One black male was described as wearing a yellow T-shirt and jeans and had dreadlocks in his hair and was also wearing sunglasses. He was said to be between 20 to 30 years of age.

The other black male was described as heavyset and appeared to have a shaved head. He had a beard and was between 20 to 30 years of age.

The suspects took cash and a gold-plated Taurus handgun.
