REAL Trends, which ranks the performance of residential real estate firms and teams in the United States, recently announced its fourth annual America's Best Real Estate Agents list for 2016, where two Wilson County agent team joined its prestigious rank of an elite group of real estate agents across the country.

More than 12,000 real estate professionals from every state are featured in REAL Trends' 2016 America's Best Real Estate Agents ranking. Among other measurements, the list ranks the most productive agents and agent teams by state based on closed transaction sides and closed volume.

Margaret Dixon and Pam Bodiford of Crye-Leike's Mt. Juliet branch office generated 99 in closed transaction sides in 2015. To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2015; for real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.

"These sales associates listed among our 2016 America's Best Real Estate Agents are the 'best of the best,' far above average and have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field," said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends. "The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed fewer than eight transactions in 2015 and had less than $1.5 million in sales. To say that these individuals are exceptional sales professionals is an understatement. To attain this level of sales is truly outstanding."

Crye-Leike CEO Harold Crye added, "We are proud of our Crye-Leike sales associates and its agent team to be ranked among the state's top residential real estate agents. Their ranking represents the time and effort that they put into each client that they serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes for these Crye-Leike sales associates to qualify makes this ranking a truly special recognition for them."
