Funeral services for Mrs. Bloodworth, 73 of Lebanon, will be Thursday, June 2 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Farris officiating. Interment will follow at Bloodworth Cemetery, and Brent Boyd, Dylan Boyd, Stephen Crocker, Mike Johnson, Phillip Simpson and Jeff Butler will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 until 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until services.
She died May 30, 2016.
She was born Oct. 5, 1942 in Sumner County to the late Haskell Masters and Violet Scantland Masters. She was a member of Hartsville Pike Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Robert Bloodworth; and brother, Howard Masters.
Survivors include: son, Tony (Melissa) Porter of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Debbie Porter of Ashland City; sister, Ann (J.C.) Oakswall of Gallatin; sisters-in-law, Ann Boyd of Lebanon and Cornelia Masters; nieces, Vicki Boyd, Courtney Duke, Mary Howard Simpson and Tracy Rippy; nephews, Michael T. Boyd, Brent Boyd, Dillion Boyd, Steve Masters and Randy Oatsvall; grandchildren, Niki Whittaker, Kristina Nolen (Stephen) Crocker and Ryan (Jasmine) Anderson; and great-grandchildren, Devon Hawkins, Dresden Brown, Madison Crocker, Dakota Brown, Nolen Crocker, Brayden Anderson and Emma Anderson.
