Jeanette Kobylak

Services for Mrs. Kobylak, 85 of Mt. Juliet, will be conducted in South Carolina.

She died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015.

Survivors include: daughter, Barbara Rinehart (Gary) Holt; son, Michael Kobylak; and granddaughter, Jennifer Cornwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4825 Trousdale Drive, #200, Nashville, TN 37220 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.

Arrangements are in the care of Bond Memorial Chapel.

Hilda Ruth Hight

Funeral services for Mrs. High, 86 of the Norene community, were Monday, Oct. 26 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. William Lambert officiating. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

A member of Adams Grove Church of Christ, she died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015.

Survivors include: sons, Ricky (LaVerne) Hight, Phillip (Karen) Hight and Max (Amy) Hight; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.

Arrangements are in the care of Hunter Funeral Home.

Ruth Elizabeth Rice Dayton

Graveside services for Mrs. Dayton, 62, will be at Park Hill Cemetery in Columbus, Ga. on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. Her wishes were to be cremated and buried with her son, Douglas Alan Dayton.

She died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.

Survivors include: mother, Jane Rice; daughter-in-law, Shannon Thacker Dayton; aunt, Peggy Connolly; three grandsons; three honorary sons; great-grandchildren; a niece and numerous cousins.

Arrangements are in the care of Partlow Funeral Chapel.

Harold "Yard Dog" Jenkins

Funeral services for Mr. Jenkins, 63 of the LaGuardo community, will be Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 5 p.m. at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. Todd Elliott officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 p.m. until services. In keeping with Mr. Jenkins' sentiments, the family welcomes blue jeans and suspenders.

A lifelong farmer, he died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015.

Survivors include: wife, Deborah "Debby" Williams Jenkins; sons, Jonathan Michael (Christa) Jenkins and Jason Matthew Jenkins; brother, Randy (Traci) Jenkins; sister, Brenda (Wade) McCarthy; best friend, Tim (Diane) Cherry; and five grandchildren.

Arrangements are in the care of Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon.

Gary Lee Bogle

Funeral services for Mr. Bogle, 73 of Lebanon, will be Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rick Burns officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 until 7 p.m. and on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until services. Interment with military honors will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

An Army veteran, he died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015.

Survivors include: wife, Donna Bogle; son, Gary Lee Bogle Jr.; daughter, April Nicole Bogle; brother, Jerry Neal Bogle; sisters, Brenda (Jerry) Hall and Judy Bogle; and several nieces, nephews and other family members.

Arrangements are in the care of Partlow Funeral Chapel.

Sarah Elizabeth Smith Hughes

Funeral services for Mrs. Hughes, 100 of Lebanon, will be Wednesday, Oct. 28 at noon in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bro. Larry Locke officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until services. Active pallbearers will be Taylor Tagg, Kelly Skeen, Givens Phillips and Keese Phillips.

A beloved mother and grandmother, she was born in Wilson County to Willie Eastes Smith and John Henry Smith on April 10, 1915. She attended Tuckers Crossroads School, Lebanon High School and Cumberland College. She was a homemaker and friend to many. She was a member of College Hills Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband of 65 years, Noel Edwin Hughes; brother, Walter Clark Smith; and sister, Dora Margaret Smith Lee.

She is survived by daughters, Patsy (Jerry) Stairs and Beverly (Buddy) Phillips; grandchildren, William Taylor (Sherri) Tagg, Kelly Allan Skeen, Givens Marvin (Shelly) Phillips III and Noel Keese (Jessica) Phillips; nine great-grandchildren; and family by heart, David and Sally Kimble, Matt Kimble and Lori Kovach and family.

The family gives special thanks to Dr. Lucas Richie and the employees of Hearthside Assisted Living and The Pavilion for their loving care.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the College Hills Church of Christ Compassion Ministry or the Children's Ministry.

Arrangements are in the care of Partlow Funeral Chapel.

Melissa "Missy" Dawn Armistead

Funeral services for Ms. Armistead, 44 of Lebanon, will be Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until services.

She died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015.

Survivors include: partner, Michelle Searcy; children, Samantha Armistead (Jason Purdy), Tamara Armistead (Jonathan Walling) and Marissa Rittenberry; father of children, Sammy Armistead; sisters, Sonya Baird and Felecia Johnson; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements are in the care of Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon.
