CU takes on Alderson Broaddus --
Cumberland University's football team will bid a fond farewell to a group of 20 graduating seniors prior to the start of today's season finale vs. Alderson Broaddus. Kickoff is set for 12 Noon at Nokes-Lasater Field.

Win or lose today versus the Battlers, this group of CU seniors, many of them redshirts, has been seen the program go 36-17 -- a winning percentage of .679 -- by far the best of any football playing institution in the state.

The Bulldogs come in 6-4 following last week's 35-28 home loss to Reinhardt.

Alderson Broaddus, located in Philippi, WV, also stands 6-4 after a 42-7 loss to Lenoir-Rhyne last week.

Live radio coverage of Saturday's final game begins at 11:30 a.m. on the Cumberland Sports Network. Affiliate stations include: WANT FM-98.9, WAMB FM-99.3 and WCOR AM-1490.
