GALLATIN -- A memorial service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at the Rehoboth United Methodist Church, 2601 Cages Bend Road, for Dr. Stout, 53, of Gallatin.
A clinical psychologist for 25 years after receiving his PhD from the University of Alabama, he died March 26, 2011.
Dr. Stout was also a longtime member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5:30-8 p.m. at Crestview Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Mike Potts and Mary Noble Parrish.
Survivors include: his wife Carol Stout and daughter Sarah Stout -- both of Gallatin; siblings Willodene Agnew and Richard (Rosemary) Stout -- both of Lebanon and Nancy (Roger) Bradley of Gordonsville; mother-in-law Betty Stansifer of Chattanooga; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buster and Willo Stout.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church or the cancer foundation of your choice.
