LEBANON -- Mr. "Tommy" Crutcher, 79, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas. Born October 13, 1930 in Wilson County to the late Joe and Ruby Newton Crutcher, he served in the Tennessee National Guard and was a retired truck driver. Mr. Crutcher was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends Wednesday 2-8 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. until services. 

Funeral services will be Thursday, Mar. 25 at 12 Noon at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, with Bro. Kenneth Bowen, Rev. Donald Owens, and Pastor John Hunn officiating. Interment will be in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Charles (Thelma) Crutcher, Robert Crutcher, Josephine Bowen (Bill) Springer, Myrtle Bell (O.P.) Parkerson, Ruby Nell (Ernest) Greer, Louise (Bill) Corley, Mary Alice (J.D.) Harris, Jo Doris (Willie) Bush.

Survivors include: his wife of 59 years, Nell Watson Crutcher; children Roland (Sandi) Crutcher, Brenda (Louis) Myrick, Donna Crutcher, Sherry (Mike) Ashey and William (Regina) Crutcher; grandchildren  Rebekah, Morgan and Andy Crutcher, Michael (Tracy Spain) Ashey, Brian Thomas Ashey, Justin Boswell, Chris (Crystal) Park, Anna, Emily, and John Thomas Jarosinski; great-grandchildren Lauren Alexis Hackett, C.J. and Kayla Park, Cloe Dillard and Deriq Conklin. Special caregivers Michelle Payne and Jean Long. 

Pallbearers:  Michael and Brian Ashey, Andy Crutcher, Justin Boswell, Kenny Bowen, Doug Jennings.
