Lebanon sweeps Shelbyville
LEBANON -- Lebanon's Blue Devils improved to 2-0 on the season with a lopsided 63-24 win over Shelbyville Central Tuesday night at Campbell Brandon Gymnasium. LHS led 32-10 at intermission and 51-17 headed into the fourth quarter.
Coach Jim McDowell cleared his bench early as 11 Blue Devils cracked the scoring column. Kobe Neuble was the only player in double figures with 12 points.
Noah Mulaski gunned in a trio of 3-pointers for nine points while Cameron Oliver and Collin Byrne had eight apiece.

Lebanon's girls overcame a bad second quarter to rally for a 61-56 win over Shelbyville Central in Tuesday night's opener.
LHS led 17-11 headed into the second quarter, then watched the Eaglettes take a 29-24 lead into intermission.
The Devilettes caught Shelbyville at 50-50 with a little over three minutes to go and clinched the game with a pair of free throws by Caleah Shannon.
Maleigh Oldham had 19 points to lead three LHS players in double figures.
Bailey Sells went 10-for-10 at the line and finished with 18 while Jordyne Denny had 12.
As a team, Lebanon was just 17-of-30 at the line (56 percent).
(girls) Mt. Juliet 54, Hillsboro 43
MT. JULIET -- Tavie Bell's double-double helped lift Mt. Juliet's Lady Bears to a 54-43 home win over Hillsboro High Tuesday night.
Bell tallied 21 points and 10 rebounds while Julia Maki connected on a pair of 3-pointers for 19 points and dished out six assists.
Freshman Payton Brumbach went 4-for-4 from the field and finished with 10 points.
(boys) Hillsboro 57, Mt. Juliet 50
Mt. Juliet's Golden Bears dropped a 57-50 loss to Hillsboro High Tuesday night, despite 13 points from Tyler Faulkenberry.
Mt. Juliet is scheduled to host Ravenwood High Monday in a 6:30 p.m. twinbill.
(boys) MTCS 79, Watertown 76
WATERTOWN -- The Purple Tigers dropped to 2-1 on the season following Tuesday night's 79-76 loss to Middle Tennessee Christian School.
Seth Price finished with 25 points in the losing effort while Ty Love added 16 and six rebounds. Heath Price chipped in with eight points and Vonte Bates scored six.
As a team, Watertown finished 19-of-30 at the line (63 percent) and 26-of-52 from the field (50 percent).

The Tigerettes dropped Tuesday's opener 56-48, falling to 2-1 on the season.
PCA sweeps MJCA
MURFREESBORO -- Providence Christian Academy swept a Tuesday doubleheader from visiting Mt. Juliet Christian Academy.
MJCA's Lady Saints struggled from the field in a 35-22 loss in Tuesday's opener -- dropping to 3-1 on the season.
Caitlyn Smith had seven points and Abi Hildabrand five in the loss. Caroline Scott and Marcella Gallione each scored four points.
The nightcap found the Saints on the short end of a 60-39 decision.
Justus Willis had 19 as MJCA fell to 3-1 headed into a Dec. 1 home game vs. Madison Academy.
Tyler West had nine points and Logan Anderson seven.
