"Troy Allen was an outstanding coach to work with and the players took me right in. I feel very privileged to have worked under the leadership of a principal like Mr. Mel Brown.

"Glencliff will be an exciting chapter in my life, a challenging one to be sure, but Im anxious to get things started."

Keil was the head coach at Lebanon for eight seasons, building a record of 121-122 overall.

Prior to coaching at Lebanon, he spent several seasons at Warren County High in McMinnville as head coach.

Prior to his time at Warren County, Keil was an assistant at Lebanon under former coach Randall Hutto.

A native of Flint, Michigan, he is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and completed graduate work at Tennessee Tech University.

At Glencliff, he will be working under principal Clint Wilson, who was the principal at Lebanon High for two years during Keils tenure as Blue Devil head coach.

Keil said he is currently in the process of putting together a coaching staff.
