MillerCoors providing free rides to first 650 fans that reserve tickets

NASHVILLE - Tennessee Titans fans can ride for free to see their team play during the 2015 regular season. MillerCoors is sponsoring the RTA's Game-Day Express service to the Titans games and is offering free train rides to the first 650 fans reserving their tickets online for each game.

Tickets must be acquired in advance by going online to MillerLiteFreeRides.com or TicketsNashville.com and printing a ticket. Four seats can be reserved per person. Children age 4 and younger will not need a ticket to board; however, they are required to sit in a parent's lap. Tickets are not available on the train on game days. Please note: Weekday Music City Star tickets and passes are not valid on the Game-Day Express train.

"This is a great public-private partnership with Miller Lite and the RTA to get people to the Titans games, help keep our streets safe and prevent drunk driving on game-day. We hope residents in our community will take advantage of this generous offer and ride the train to the games," RTA board member and Lebanon Mayor Philip Craighead said.

The Game-Day Express train operates for all Tennessee Titans home games beginning with the season opener on September 27 against the Indianapolis Colts. Service begins in Lebanon with stops in Martha, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage and Donelson before arriving in downtown Nashville.

For noon games, the Music City Star will operate the schedule listed below:

  • Depart from Lebanon Station 10 a.m.
  • Depart from Martha Station 10:15 a.m.
  • Depart from Mt. Juliet Station 10:25 a.m.
  • Depart from Hermitage Station 10:35 a.m.
  • Depart from Donelson Station 10:50 a.m.
  • Arrive at Riverfront Station 11 a.m.

The return train to Lebanon leaves Riverfront Station 45 minutes after the game.

Parking is free at all of the outlying stations and passengers may tailgate at the outlying train stations prior to the game as well as on the train. In addition, they may bring small coolers onboard and leave them on the train upon arrival at Riverfront Station.
