Watertown High will host Culleoka High tonight in a 6 p.m. twinbill. Both teams are undefeated at 4-0 after recording home wins over Hendersonville Christian Tuesday night. The Tigerettes outlasted HCS 56-34 in the opener as Hayley Clark knocked down 13 points. Morgan Gartner added 11 and Hailey Speck had eight points for the winners.
The Purple Tigers fell behind by 16 points in the first half, but rallied for a 54-49 win over Hendersonville Christian in Tuesday’s second game. Senior Andrew Jennings held lead the comeback and finished with 14 points. KeAndre Bates had 10 points while Cameron Jordan had eight. Macieo Gaines finished with seven and Josiah Smith gunned in a pair of 3-pointers to finish with six points.
Lebanon High’s basketball teams, idle on Tuesday, will be on the road tonight as the Devilettes and Blue Devils travel to Putnam County to take on Cookeville High in a 6:30 p.m. twin bill.
Wilson Central High, was also idle Tuesday night, and won’t play this evening. However, the Wildcat teams will take the floor at home vs. Antioch High Saturday in an afternoon doubleheader. Girl’s action will start at 2 p.m. followed by the boys at around 4 p.m.
Mt. Juliet Christian Academy’s Saints won’t play again until they travel to Columbia Tuesday, Dec. 7 for a Division II East-Middle Region doubleheader vs. Zion Christian Academy.
