LYB, City build indoor practice facility
LEBANON -- Ground breaking ceremonies were held Thursday morning, April 28 for an indoor practice facility in Lebanon's Baird Park Complex.

The facility, being built thanks to a partnership between Lebanon Youth baseball and the City of Lebanon, will house multiple batting cages & pitching mounds with artificial turf flooring.

Plans call for the structure to be completed this fall.

Sponsors for the indoor practice facility include: Jeff Gannon State Farm, Max Smith Family, Wilson County Health Department, JM Insurance Agency, Advance Signs, Kiwanis Club of Lebanon, WANT FM-98.9, Pediatric Dentistry of Lebanon, Wilson Bank & Trust, Sellars Funeral Services, Tennova Hospital, Aflac (Kelsey Evert & Nolan McCue), Sportho Urgent Care, Fakes & Hooker, Southeast Impressions, Hal Bone - Bone & Associates.

Founding sponsors made donations of at least $2,500.
