Gusty winds of 15-15 mph with gusts over 30 mph are expected to develop ahead of a cold front after midnight tonight. Behind the cold front, even stronger west winds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph are anticipated from Thursday into Thursday night, said Capt. Stephen Spencer, EMA planning officer with the agency.
