A pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday night in Lebanon has been identified.
Lebanon Police said Cindy Ballington, 59, of Lebanon, was killed in the incident which occurred about 8 p.m., at 900 Carthage Highway near Sparta Pike.
Police said that Pamela Delay, 33, of Lebanon, was driving a 2012 Dodge Journey when she struck what she believed was a mailbox. She reportedly continued driving to her home which is not far from the crash site. She then called police to report the accident.
