Jeanette Granstaff Redding, 83

WATERTOWN -- Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 28 at the Hunter Funeral Home for Mrs. Redding, 83, of Watertown. A native of Wilson County and a graduate of Lebanon High School, Mrs. redding died April 26, 2009 at the Quality Care Nursing Home.

A member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Effie Louise Hearn Granstaff. Services were conducted by Rev. Brad Brandon with burial at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: husband William "Bill" Redding of Watertown, step-son Ken redding of Houston, Texas and sister Geneva (Odell) Lawrence of Watertown.

Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers included: nephews Steve Lawrence and Jim Tramel as well as members of Comer Lodge No. 417. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Redding is preceded in death by seven siblings and step-son Jack Redding.
