Services will be conducted by Rev. Don Mathis and Michael Stallings. Interment will follow at the Brush Creek Cemetery.
Born July 27, 1930 in Davidson County, Mr. Stallings was the son of the late Joe and Etta House Stallings.
He was a licensed funeral director in the state of Tennessee for over 52 years and a member of the First Baptist Church in Watertown. He loved music and played several string instruments, but was best known as a fiddle player.
Survivors include: his wife of 53 years Joyce Burks Stallings; son Michael (Claudia) Stallings of Knoxville; daughter Lanita Harris of Hermitage; grandchildren Garrison & Jonathan Stallings and Mia Harris; son-in-law Stuart Harris of Hermitage.
Honorary pallbearers: Business Mens Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church, Watertown. Active pallbearers: family and friends.
