The Community Foundation of Wilson County and its parent organization, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, have issued a call for locals to circle Wednesday, May 3, on their calendars.
The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce's Business & Education Coalition is accepting applications for a handful of scholarships through Wednesday, April 12.
The Wilson County Commission has eight female commissioners - who each month make big decisions on budget, issues and improving the community. Families are looking forward to the 2015 Lebanon Christmas Parade on Sunday, Dec. 6. This year's theme focuses on the "Songs of Christmas" - so it's not surprising that country singer Darryl Worley was asked to serve as the Parade Grand Marshal.
Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and City of Lebanon staff decorated the city's Christmas tree Thursday afternoon in preparation of it's official lighting. The event will take place on the Lebanon Square at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The tree will feature ornaments made by local school students.
