Some of the fun programs for children will include, The Nashville Zoo, Safari Gregg, Kentucky Reptile Zoo, and Ozzie (from the Nashville Sounds). The last day of Summer Reading Programs, we have a giant water side behind the library. All events will be held at the Library, Fowler said.

The teen program is Own the Night, and is for grades 7-12. Teens are invited to come by the library, sign up and read for prizes. The program runs June 1 through July 11..

The Adult program is Between the Covers. The program is open to adults ages 18 and older, with prizes. There are no reading requirements, just read a book and drop the title in a box and we will draw for prizes at the end of the program. The adult program will run concurrently with the childrens program.

For a full calendar of events, go to the web site or call the library at 444-0632 for more information. The library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.; and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

All programs are free of charge. Get your whole family involved, she added.
