A Lebanon man was arrested in Hendersonville on Thursday for engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile.

Joshua Lackey, 31, of 377 Canoe Branch Road, was charged with three counts of aggravated statutory rape.

According to an affidavit filed in Sumner County General Sessions Court, Lackey picked up the 16-year-old male at an address on the 100 Block of Powell Drive in Hendersonville.

"They went to get a cup of coffee and then to Sanders Ferry Park," Officer Richard Steffy wrote in the affidavit.

While at the park, the juvenile undressed and performed oral sex on Lackey three times before an officer pulled up behind them, according to the affidavit.

"Mr. Lackey admitted that the juvenile's mouth was in the area of his groin, that the juvenile was naked, that his pants were open, and his (genitals were) out."

Lackey was held in the Sumner County Jail on $25,000 bond, and he was ordered to not have contact with any juvenile.

He is scheduled to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on July 11, 2015.
