Lebanon Senior Citizens Center honored all of its members who work in the day-to-day operations of the facility at the Annual Volunteer Luncheon held Tuesday, Jan. 27.

There are many volunteer opportunities including delivering lunches, helping serve lunch at the center, working in the kitchen, teaching classes, quilting, assembling newsletters, cleaning and much more.

All volunteers in attendance received a certificate of recognition, a gift and a free lunch that day.

Teresa Hightower, assistant director of the center, said, “We could never offer so many services to the Seniors of Lebanon and Wilson County if it weren’t for all of our volunteers who make it all possible. They are very unselfish with their time and talent.”

The Top 12 Volunteers with the most hours received special recognition and were presented with Chamber Bucks complements of Wilson Bank & Trust.
