Several ounces of marijuana and individually wrapped bundles of pills were found and police said they believe the residents were selling those pills for money. A loaded handgun and a rifle were also reportedly found in two bedrooms at the location.

The resident, Floyd Gillihan Jr., is a convicted felon and is on probation for voluntary manslaughter for his alleged involvement in a Nashville homicide in 2008. Gillihans wife is also on probation for a drug offense and his son is on probation for aggravated assault.

Gillihan was also allegedly involved in an incident where he was charged with firing a firearm in the city limits on Jan. 1 and had just pled guilty to that charge in Lebanon City Court. Authorities indicated evidence will be presented to the Wilson County grand jury.
