 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

Whereas, LEGENDS CARWASH AT PROVIDENCE, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated August 1, 2013, of record in Book 1559, Page 325, Register’s Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, and in Book 1240, Page 2872, Register’s Office for Rutherford County, Tennessee, conveyed to Todd A. Tressler, II, Trustee, certain real property situated and lying in Wilson County, Tennessee and Rutherford County, Tennessee; and,

WHEREAS, said conveyance was made for the purpose of securing the payment of certain sums as evidenced by promissory notes payable to the order of 508 Investors, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company; and,
