Anyone interested in submitting competing bids on any of these properties,   may submit written offers to the address below.  Any bid must be in an amount greater than 5% of the offered amount.   All bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s or certified check for $3826.80  as a deposit.  All deposits from bids not accepted will be refunded; however, the deposit of any accepted bid will be forfeited if the offeror fails to complete the purchase for any reason within 30 days.  Any conditional bid will be rejected.  Any bid received that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected.  All bids must be received by March 28th 2014 at the address listed below on or before 4:00 p.m. March 28th  2014.

The original unsolicited offeror will be afforded the opportunity to submit a best and final offer.  However, the unsolicited offeror will not be advised of the amount of any bids received.  After the unsolicited offeror is given the opportunity to submit a best and final offer, no party who has submitted a bid will be allowed to increase its bid.  Upon the United States Marshals Service’s review of all bids received, the parcels will be sold to the bidder or offeror with the highest acceptable offer.  The United States Marshals Service reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid received.  All bids once made will remain open and subject to acceptance until March 28th 2014 or until declined by the United States Marshals Service, whichever occurs first.
