WHEREAS, on September 20, 2010, John P. Corley and Sheryl Nichole Corley, executed a Deed of Trust to Bonnette A. Dawson of Davidson County Tennessee, Trustee, to secure the payment of a Promissory Note payable to Old Hickory Credit Union, dated September 20, 2010, in the original principal amount of $30,000.00 (the "Note”), which Note is more fully described in the Deed of Trust dated September 20, 2010, of record in Book 1413, Page 630 in the Register's Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, to which reference is here made (the "Deed of Trust"), and to secure payment of other indebtedness then existing or to arise thereafter; and

WHEREAS, the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust are in default and the Note has been accelerated; and

WHEREAS, written Notice of Right to Foreclose was mailed to debtor(s) on August 12, 2013; and

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable and that I, L. BEING the same property conveyed to John Paul Corley and wife, Sheryl N. Corley by Deed dated October 4, 1996, and executed by Will Vic Braswell and recorded in Book 448, Page 713, Register’s Office for Wilson County, Tennessee.

Upon information and belief, the address of this property is 104 Singing Springs Court, Mt. Juliet, Tn 37122.
