 In this action it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk and Master from the Plaintiff’s Complaint, which is sworn to, that the defendant, unknown heirs of Geraldine Holcomb Cox, whose whereabouts are unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served; it is therefore, ordered that publication be made in the Wilson Post, a newspaper published in the town of Lebanon, Tennessee, for four consecutive weeks, commanding said defendants to serve upon: Rob Rutherford, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1312 6th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37208, a copy of answer to the complaint on or before June 23, 2014, also file an answer to the complaint with the Clerk and Master at her office in Lebanon, Tennessee, according to law. WHEREAS, Vinod T. Zaver and Manglaben V. Zaver, by a Deed of Trust, dated May 1, 2006, of record in Book 1178, Page 61 and Modification of record in Book 1495, Page 295, and Assignment of Leases and Rents of record in Book 1178, Page 71; all in the Register’s Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, conveyed to Robert L. McDonald, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure payment of a promissory note as described in said Deed of Trust; and 

The notice required by 26 U.S.C. Section 7425(b) to the United States has been timely given, that the sale of the land thus advertised will be subject to the right of the United States to redeem the land as provided for in 26 U.S.C. Section 7425 (d) (1).
