WHEREAS, Vinod T. Zaver and Manglaben V. NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, Carol A. Ballinger, a/k/a Carol Ann Ballinger, executed a Deed of Trust to Randall Clemons, Trustee, dated June 22, 1998, of record in Trust Deed Book 710, Page 266, Register’s Office for Wilson County, Tennessee, to secure an indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note payable to the order of Wilson Bank & Trust, hereinafter referred to as the “Deed of Trust”; and
