NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, DECADE PROPERTIES, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, executed a Deed of Trust to Randall Clemons, Trustee, dated July 27, 2006, of record in Book 1195, Page 559, Register’s Office for Davidson County, Tennessee, to secure an indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note payable to the order of Wilson Bank & Trust, hereinafter referred to as the “Deed of Trust”; and
