NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

STATE OF TENNESSEE, WILSON COUNTY

WHEREAS, Stevie L. Lester and Rayshell Lester executed a Deed of Trust to First Family Home Equity, Inc., Lender and Barry Gammons, Trustee(s), which was dated August 17, 2000 and recorded on August 22, 2000 in Book 826, Page 1893, Wilson County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, CitiFinancial Servicing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor by merger to First Family Financial Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, successor by merger to First Family Home Equity, Inc., a Georgia corporation, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, by an instrument duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Wilson County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on November 25, 2014, at 12:00PM at the usual and customary location at the Wilson County Courthouse, Lebanon, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Wilson County, Tennessee, to wit:

Land referred to in thiscommitment is described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land in Wilson County, State of Tennessee described as follows land in th 24th Civil District of Wilson County Tennessee and beiginnin 413.5 feet off Rutland Road on a iron pin at a 4 inch hickory on the southerly margin of an ingress and egress easment thence South 85 degrees 45 minutes West 160 feet to an iron pin thence South 4 degrees 26 minutes 15 second W 275.00 feet to an iron pin thence North 85 degrees 45 minutes E 160.00 feet to an iron pin thence
North 4 degrees 26 minutes 15 seconds E 275 feet to the point of beginning according to a survey by John D. McCormack from information furnished by William Major and dted June 9, 1988
Being the same property conveyed to James W. Lester and Carolyn Lester husband and wife from Old Hickory Credit Union, filed on 6-14-1988 in Book 409M Page 432 2Wilson County Records and being more fully described in a deep dated 6-10-88 and recorded 6-14-88 in Deed Book 409 Page 432 in Wilson County TN

Address/Description: 820 Rutland Drive, Mount Juliet, TN 37122.

Current Owner(s): Stevie L. Lester and Rayshell Lester.

Other Interested Party(ies): Winchester Company of Tennessee.

The sale of the property described above shall be subject to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises might disclose; and

All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
